Staging Example – Kirkland Townhome

We listed this townhome in the Juanita neighborhood of Kirkland at $199,950 and sold it for $228,000 after 5 days on the market in 2013.  We worked with the seller extensively for months prior to listing, providing advice on remodeling options, carpet and paint colors, and general strategy.  We then staged the home with a combination of our items and his furniture, and had our professional photographer take stellar photos.
